Subject: It’s Not a Holiday, but Decorate Anyway!

_______________________________________________________

Hi there,

Tomorrow marks the first full day of Spring and even
though it isn’t technically a holiday, that doesn’t mean
you can’t spruce things up a bit and celebrate it’s arrival.

Today, we want to give you a few quick and easy Spring
decorating ideas to help liven up your living space.

- Add new curtains. Choose light colors and patterns that
will allow the sun to shine through.  If you’ve got heavy
drapes, pull them down and replace them with valances and
half curtains to add brightness to the room.

- Replace your bedding.  Use flowery patterns or light shades
of green and yellow to help give a clean airy feel to your
room.

- For rooms that need a little more help, throw a fresh coat
of paint on the walls.  Light blues and greens make for a
perfect Spring feel, but any light pastel color will work
just as well.

- Decorate with fresh flowers.  Fresh cut flowers are
abundant during this time of year and bring the smells of
spring indoors.  Nothing brings a feeling of new beginnings
like the site and smell of daffodils and lilies.

- Spruce up your bathroom.  Something as small as a shower
curtain with a lady bug print or a few hand towels
embroidered with butterflies can turn a otherwise dull
bathroom into a bright, inviting place.

These are just few tips to help you bring spring-time inside
even if it is pouring rain outside.  Get creative and keep
think light, airy and renew in mind when you’re looking for
ways to welcome spring indoors this year!
